I have been using Zoho Campaigns for quite a while now.

What is not clear to me is how to have distinct segments for Leads and Contacts. I tried and used filters to do the trick, but that doesn't always work as I expect. For instance, converted Leads are listed within the Lead segments despite of the "is converted = empty or false" filter.

Can someone please help?
