Zoho Desk app update - Activities module support

Hello everyone!

In the most recent version of the Zoho Desk Android app, we have brought in support for the 'Activities' module. You can now access activities as a separate module and manage your events, tasks, and calls within the mobile app. Also, you can create tasks, events, and calls without associating them to the tickets. 

To access the ‘Activities’ module, tap the hamburger icon(three horizontal lines) at the top left corner and select 'Activities'.


We have also supported views for the activities module. Please update the app to the latest version directly from the Play Store or using the link given below:
