Starting from January 1, 2026, Spain requires real-time invoice reporting for all B2B transactions. From July 2026, this requirement will extend to B2C transactions as well. All reporting must be carried out through the VeriFactu to AEAT (Agencia Estatal de Administracion Tributaria). This reform is a part of Spain's Anti-Fraud Law intended to ensure transparency, and integrity of billing data.

When a transaction is created in Zoho Invoice, it is securely transmitted through B2Brouter to AEAT.
Upon acceptance, Zoho Invoice updates the invoice with AEAT's QR code and updates the status of the invoice.
This functionality extends to,
Cross border transactions.
Recurring invoices.
Project invoices.
Correction invoices.

Note: If corrections or cancellations are required for an invoice, it can be done using a correction invoice in Zoho Invoice.
Zoho Invoice users can enjoy special pricing when purchasing their B2Brouter accounts.
No activation fee for existing Zoho customers (a fee is involved if the user directly subscribes via B2Brouter).
First 50 transactions are free.
Additional transactions can be purchased as you scale, directly from B2Brouter.
Note: As part of the process of being VeriFactu compliant, please find the self-declaration for Zoho InvoiceIf you have questions regarding VeriFactu or need help with the setup, feel free to comment below or reach out to our support team at support@eu.zohoinvoice.com .We are happy to assist.
