Zoho Plug In

Is there anyone out there who is able to use it? I have seen lots of problems posted, unable to get any satisfactory suppport at the moment! I would be really appreciate hearing from users that have it installed and working, my team are loosing belief it will ever work. Be great to hear from those that have a more positive experience
