I have created a blueprint in Zoho Recruit for the Job Opening module. The blueprint is published. When a module record (Job Opening) meets the blueprint entrance criteria (a specific status), the blueprint is not beginning/The transition buttons do not appear in the Job Opening. 

When checking the list of blueprints, none of them have an option to toggle between active and inactive. There are just 2 dashes --. How can I get these blueprints working? 

Most of the tutorials I can find are for Zoho CRM, which does seem very similar. But in these, there is a toggle switch to activate/deactivate blueprints, which I am not seeing in Recruit.
