Zoho Recruit Issues

I am with a company (Nexhire) which is currently evaluating Zoho Recruit. I am having problems access certain modules of which I was able to access previously. I am also having problems importing data of which I had previously accessed prior. Further in reviewing the Zoho Recruit main screen with a colleague I had different modules than she did. I had clients where she had departments. I had contacts which she did not have. Only candidates. I logged out of Zoho Recruit then back in again and had the modules that she had and not the ones that I originally had.
