Zoho Reports and Dashboards Continue to not Update Promptly After Successful Data Syncs

This has been an ongoing issue for ZA for sometime now and the Support response previously has been to claim caching or DB cluster issues:

Regardless this is still happening. For a sync completed over an hour ago, data in corresponding reports is STILL not updated, even when the refresh icon is pressed.

If the data in ZA reports is not updating at a reasonable frequency, it makes Zoho Analytics unreliable.
