Zoho Social Messages and Monitor error

Zoho Social Messages and Monitor error

I have 2 problems on Zoho Social

1. On Messages tab, I can only visualize messages from 7 days ago, no more.
2. On Monitor tap, does not visualize all the post visitor, on this month only shows 1 post only, no post from June and thats not really what is happening on my facebook page.
