Zoho Subscription account deletion

I have both a Zoho invoice and subscribed for the Zoho Subscriptions trial. It ended a while back while I still had active subscriptions but I decided that I do not want to continue using it as it performs most of the tasks that Zoho Invoice performs. I tried deleting the subscriptions in Zoho Subscription as it is still billing my customers and so is Zoho Invoice. Upon my attempt at deleting the subscriptions I get an error stating that I need to upgrade first which for me is not an option as I do not want to upgrade. Is there any way that I can cancel those subscriptions without upgrading as my customers are receiving duplicate bills.
