Zoho Subscriptions Error: The type of transaction is not supported by the merchant country

Hi I got this error  The type of transaction is not supported by the merchant country.

I read in PayPal that my country Chile it is in fact accepted in the permitted countries so I shouldn't have no issues there.

I created a hosted page using Zoho Subscriptions and integrated PayPal Pro putting my 1. API Username, 2. API Password, and my 3. Signature but when I try to pay the message I put in red appears.
