Bookings: One Group Multiple Dates
Hi Zoho Community, I've been impressed with Zoho Bookings thus far for booking individual meetings. But I was wondering if it was possible to: 1. Let a client have a set limit of appointments. Example: Client needs 4 meetings with company. Client books first meeting. Meeting's passed. Client gets an automated invitation to book the next meeting. Repeat till 4 meetings have passed. 2. Let a client set multiple dates for a group of participants. Example: Client needs to set 10 meetings with company.
Bookings appointment not adding to existing contact or lead....
Booking appointments are not getting added to existing contacts or leads in Zoho CRM, even if we book the appointment from the 'New Appointment' button when looking at a contact or lead. Email and phone number entered when booking appointment is the same as the contact or lead. Is there something wrong with our setup that can be fixed?...I hope so because this is a nightmare and would render the whole integration worthless for us.
Why does the date revert back to today when changing the service?
Our booking system is working well, but feedback from customers and us is as follows:- 1) Why is the time zone option showing? Its not needed and confusing! (I know this is hopefully in hand...soon?) 2) Our Iframe booking page on our website, where the first (Table One) service is shown, so the customer looks at the date they want then looks at the time slots available. If the times they want is not available, then they change the service (to Table Two). HOWEVER...Changing the service also reverts
Disabling Time Zone Option
Hi there. In the booking page, customers are allowed to change the time zone. For a local business, this field is unnecessary. I strongly believe that you should at least make the visibility of the field optional. Give us the power whether to show it or not. Thanks

It appears that ZOHO BOOKINGS does not consider DAYLIGHT time
When testing my booking page I noticed that my clients are not able to select a 'Daylight Savings' time. For example, by default it displays Mountain Standard Time but this should be Mountain Daylight Time which is one hour later than the actual time. Please advise.

I have used Booking for a while, and fairly happy with the set up and working, I monitor and ready posts fairly often. Many of my questions, wishes and wants do get covered either specifically or generally. My question is... Nearly EVERY answer the Team offer ends in... "we have that in our roadmap, and include in future updates." or words to that effect. To my knowledge, I have not seen any updates or changes? Does Zoho Bookings sync with MS Office 365? I see that it syncs with Google calendar and zCRM / zCalendar...but not MS Office 365? If not, is it in the pipeline?

We are happy that O356/Outlook.com has been added to our list of Calendar integrations which already includes Google, Zoho and Zoho CRM. The integration is a two-way sync leaving no chance for a double booking. O356/Outlook.com calendar integration is available in all plans including the Free plan. When are the new updates coming?
I cannot seem to find an official update in Zoho Bookings since Dec 2019. I was told that there will be more regaular updates and that they will become visible within the app similar to that of Zoho Books with a timeline of all updates and events happening. No available slots - no apparent reason

When there are no appointments available the customer booking page says "no slots available" The word "slot" isn't a nice word in English. An ability to use a more appropriate word like "appointment" would be great.

Widget - Hide Header?
Hi, Is it possible to hide the header on the bookings page when embedding as a widget? It takes up about 1/4-1/3 of the vertical space and is both pointless and odd looking when we're embedding the widget in to one of our own pages anyway. Thanks, Karl

Mapping additional fields into Zoho CRM
I've created some additional fields in the registration form such as post code. How do I map this field into CRM so that the zip field in CRM matches up? I also have other fields added to the registration form that will need to be mapped to some custom contact fields I've created in CRM.
Google Calendar integration has problems with Scheduling Interval
We have our workspace Scheduling Interval set to 30 mins, so that our appointments will all begin on the hour or half hour. Once we integrated our Bookings app with our Google calendars, any event on Google calendar that does not end on the hour or half hour changes all the appointment start times on the Zoho Bookings scheduler.
