Requisition for Multiple Calendars
I want to create a requisition form that will submit to multiple calendars. So, for example, if the requested time is not available on one person's calendar, it may still be available on another. Is there a way to create a custom requisition form that will check with multiple calendars?
Sharing my calendar with a non-Zoho user
I'm trying to share my calendar with somebody who is not a Zoho user. This help page says: "This need not be a Zoho email address." However, when I shared my calendar with somebody with a non-Zoho email address, the person replied stating they could not view my calendar because they don't have a Zoho account. Are they doing something wrong? If not, how do I share my calendar with somebody outside Zoho without requiring them to obtain an account? Thanks...

new event in mobile app
Hi, I've recently signed up to zoho and generally I'm very happy. However, I've installed the mobile app (a must for me) and strangely, in the calendar section, when I add a new even by default it's being created on the day after. For example, I click on the 14th and when I create a new even, the default date is 15th time 12am-1pm. Why is that? It's so counterintuitive. Calendar color theme
Hi, Is it possible to change the color theme of the Zoho calendar? On my PC with a 27 inch Samsung monitor, I find it difficult to see the light yellow color for the current date. I also find it difficult to read the read the All Day events because of the white text. On my laptop computer, these colors are even more washed out and more difficult to read. ZOHO Calendar IOS App - Days of week displayed wrong
IS there no way to change the way the days of the week are displayed? Only calendar I have ever seen that starts week with Saturday. The result is that each day of the week appears one colunmn to the right of where you expect it to be. IE Monday is the 3rd column when on every other calendar it is the 2nd column. Twice I have missed appointments because I glanced at my calendar and forgot about this nuance. This almost should be considered a bug it is so far from being standard. Like someone developed
mass/bulk edit of events?
Hi, I've imported a google calendar into zoho and it was created as a new calendar. For practical reasons, however, I'd like to have all those events in the default calendar (since it's impossible to switch an additional calendar as default, which would be a great feature too) I'm wondering if there is an easy way to move events between calendars. I can do it manually, one by one, editing events, but that seems like a lot of work. I haven't found any other option, am I right? thanks Joanna
All I wanted to do was share a calendar with my wife.

Outlook on IOS-Calendar
Hello, I just switched from google. I use Outlook on my iphone 6 plus and am not able to view my calendar via the IMAP method (only email). I tried setting it up via "Exchange" on Outlook for IOS and entered the proper server name: "msync.zoho.com" but always get an error message "Unable to log in Please check you email address and password and try again." I have entered the correct credentials and no luck. I also have read the forum here regarding this issue but have had not luck resolving this.

Can't access calendar using exchange account in android
Hi, Up until a few days ago, my calendar was syncing correctly between the web site and my phone. I tried removing the exchange account from my phone and recreating several times, but the problem persists. Some times, when re-creating the account, I would get "Unable to set up account - Unable to connect to server" once I was done entering the settings. Regardless, even when the phone doesn't complain and I imagine that everything's fine, when I go to android's calendar, I don't see my zoho calendars

Zoho Calendar Creating Duplicate Events
Why is my zoho calendar creating duplicates of the same event? I don't create events in zoho, just google calendar and every morning when I log in to Zoho there are duplicates created! I'm not able to see which events are coming up because it's crowding the view with all of these duplicates. I am not manually syncing the calendar, and have not made any changes. This has been happening since we started using Zoho.

Response to invite not received by sender
Hello - I received a meeting invite in my zoho email from an outside sender (office 365), and while I can select "Yes" on the invite, the sender does not receive my response. I have confirmed this with my own exchange hosted account on a different provider, by sending myself a calendar invite, and clicking "Yes". I never got a response to the invite. Please advise.

Agenda View Issue when editing recurrent events
Dear Zoho Team, I think there is an issue when editing events that are recurrent. When I try to save just one occurrence of a recurring event, after pressing save nothing happens (I tried IE and Chrome). However if you do the same thing but on the Week view, it works fine.

Hi, i go through the installation description but i can't synch both my own Zoho Calender AND the Zoho CRM entries with my Mac Kalender. I set up the synch between Zoho CRM and Zoho Calendar. This is no problem. But when i go to settings and Synch iCalDav i can only choose my own calender from Zoho Calendar. So how can i synch both? thanks!

Hi there We've just started to use the CRM for our company. Is there a way to only show limited details of certain calendar events to other users in our organisation? At present, everyone can see everything, but ideally we only want to use the Zoho calendar, instead of working between it for work events, and another calendar outside of Zoho for personal events or events from other companies we work for. My Cal won't show events via my web page
I have sync to my Zoho CRM cal and I can preview it on the details page and see my events, however when I embed the HTLM in my webpage it only show the cal and no events.and reads " not available for public view" I have tried ever combination. Can any help? Thanks
calendar invites don't appear in email when there are more than 1 invitees
I've noticed my boss forward meeting invitations to a few of my colleagues (all together 3 of us) and usually only 1 of us gets the invitation details in the email. The others only received a blank email. We have the same problem even when the invitation is sent to just 2 of us. Only one of us gets the invitation and needs to add the event to calendar and then invite the other person who didn't receive it. Is there a solution to this?
