Outlook Add-in security times out needs to login 10 times a day
hi we've just switched the Zoho. We use Azure SSO. All users have stopped using it. Sometimes it asks every 5 minutes. What should I lot at to solve this?

A little group of my staff is using Zoho CRM but everyone else get to see the Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget in Gmail as well. I've tried to find a way to disable this since it cause a lot of annoyance and buzz among the employees but so far I've been unsuccessful. What should I do to disable this widget in Gmail? I think you should re consider adding add-ons like that by default.

hey all, i wanted to throw an idea out here related to Gmail. currently, Zoho CRM has a Chrome Extension that overlays the crm sidebar on top of gmail. now that Gmail has released it's latest and greatest version that supports Gmail Extensions directly within Gmail (agnostic to any browser), it would be super helpful if the Zoho CRM team could port the Chrome Extension over to a native Gmail Extension. I mocked up a screenshot of what the Zoho CRM extension would look like as a native Gmail Extension.

Suddenly the Zoho Gmail Integration App is not working in Chrome browser. It worked fine until the last day or so. It works ok in Internet Explorer but most of our people don't work in IE so this is a problem. We're getting the "Unsupported feature: [com.google.gadgets.analytics]" message. Error trying to add a task to a project in Gmail
When I try to add a task from gmail, I get the following error. "No Project Portals created for your domain. As an admin of our Google App domain, I successfully installed Zoho CRM and the status shows "On for everyone". But as a user, I don't see the gadget when I open an email. What am I missing?
Creating a new lead from Gmail

I had trouble accessing my Zoho account today and once it got fixed (it required me to "grant data access to Zoho") EVERY EMAIL in gmail has this Zoho box at the bottom asking me to search for their email address in Zoho. How do I get rid of this stupid box that I don't need and didn't ask for?
Search for account when adding contact from GMail widget
When adding a new email address as a contact to existing account inside GMail, the widget does not auto-complete and does not allow searching for existing account. The result is that if the account name was not written EXACTLY as it is in Zoho, a new account will be created for the contact. The widget should work like the ZOho CRM Email add-on works for adding a contact - there's a search button next to account selection box, which verifies the name typed and suggest similar names.

It appears Zoho now has a small image with the handshake logo and a search box appearing on our internal gmails. Only two folks use Zoho in our company currently. How do I stop the logo/search from appearing at the bottom of gmails? TIA Robert

Hi, I've just downloaded the Zoho card app. It is helpful for scanning directly to Zoho. But I can't seem to scan the back of the card? I've followed the instructions but whenever I click on a document to open it I get the error message "You're already logged into Zoho account that is not associated with the currently logged-in Google Account. I actually evaluate the ZOHO CRM with a 15 days test period. My intention was to test the possibility of the synchronization of contacts and calendar between google and ZOHO. I cant activate this function because the systems message says that this is just possible in the port or enterprise version!?!?!?

Hi, I'm a new user to zoho, I'm having some issues working out how to get my addresses to show as a placemarker in googlemaps (my address is formatted as 1 field is the number of the house, 1 field is the address and 1 field is the surburb). I have seen this in the forum - but where do I enter this info? User is unable to move widgets on his dashboard
Hi, I have two problems with one of my user's dashboard. The first one has to do with an empty widget that appears at his dashboard page. Although he is trying to delete it, the wigdet remains at the same page. The widget has no title or text and he also tried to remove it from the 'manage page' link. The other problem is that the same user is not able to move his widgets. Drag 'n drop is not possible. I don't know if the two problems are related but any help would be appreciated. thank you
Gmail Contacts not Importing
I'm having trouble importing my contacts from Gmail I went to the app and enabled syncing but the app for Gmail contacts stays with the button saying "Authenticate Google Contacts" Even after pressing button and accepting authentication it only shows that button. I have gone to my Google Accounts page and it shows Zoho is given access to Google Contacts. The calendar seems to have worked find and now in the Zoho calendar app area it shows settings but it does not show these settings for Contacts.

Outlook plugin failing to attach emails to leads (from outlook)
Hi My plugin states that an email was successfully added, yet it does not appear in the lead. There is only 1 lead with the same name & email address, so I doubt it would be incorrectly matched on the CRM. thanks Niels

I have just started using Zoho and I want to know how to activate the function at the bottom of each e-mail in GMAIL that allow you to add tasks to ZOHO from the e-mail. It normally shows up with the ZOHO logo at the bottom of each e-mail with a search box to Zoho for that contact.
Zoho CRM Gadget in Google Apps - "unable to process your request"
I just installed the gadget for Zoho CRM in my Google Apps account. I'm the super admin in Google Apps and I've properly enabled Zoho CRM. However when I open it from the More drop down menu, the response I get is "unable to process your request". Does anyone have any idea as to why it's "unable to process your request"? This is very frustrating as other gadgets I've added to Google apps start working right away. Thank you!

Hi there, When I attempt to add the URL (resolving to an XML file) to integrate contact from Zoho CRM with Gmail I get the following error message: "Invalid gadget specification. Ensure URL is correct and the gadget does not contain errors." I have attempted to confirm that the URL created on the CRM setup page is correct. Can't open or edit Notes created with Notes gadget
I can create Notes, but then I can't view them or edit them. All I can do is delete them. Is this gadget just something that's not really developed yet?

I have the Dropbox gadget on my iGoogle homepage, which is very useful. This morning when I opened the homepage, as soon as the Dropbox gadget had launched it redirected the page to the full size version of the gadget.
