Please provide the equivalent to mail user 'Archive Policy' to the settings available within Organisation 'Email Policy'. This will enable a central person for a company to manage the archive settings for all users for consistency. How to close an account when you added your domain in Zoho Mail?
Many users are struggling to close their Organization account created in ZohoMail. The steps below should help you seamlessly close your account. Antispam workaround - mail filters
At this moment I fight spam with manual filters, because zoho antispam catched many false positives. The problem with manual filters is that I need to log in every account to import spam mail filter rules (msgFiltersRule.dat). 1)It would be great if I could do it just once for all accounts through the main account. 2)I have teached my thunderbird mail client very well to treat spam received from zoho account. Thunderbird stores spam definitions in a file "training.dat" - maybe there is a way to import

Restricting access to location or IP address
I would like to know if there is anyway to set up a restriction to where users in our company can only log in to Zoho CRM or Zoho Business from our office and not from their home? I know we can go into each user and set up the IP restriction but since it's technically their account they can just go in and remove the restriction if they want. I really think there needs to be better administration for the CRM or the business module to where you can set up those restrictions based on the user role.
