Uploading or Adding Information
a) When trying to upload applicant / parse the CV details into Database the details do not show up unless I - click into an alternative sub heading and click back to candidate again. (It locks / freezes) b) When trying to search for applicant already loaded into database - the candidate search - Does Not Search.

Unable to use search functions for clients
Hi we are an agency recruiter still on the old version of Zoho. For some reason 2 of my consultants are unable to use search facilities today but I still can. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Serious Problem with RESUME INBOX We are having problem with the resume inbox. When we have send the email to resume inbox, everytime it gives an error with No Name already exists. When we click on error from reports, it gives an existing candidate name without any problem
Dissapearing Emails
Hello Zoho Group, I am having issues with my email. When I opened my email last night to check on some work, my inbox was empty and all my emails from sept 3 onwards just dissapeared? There is also 1 unread email showing but I cannot even find it? What is going on here? Although, if i search a certain message, it will show. I am very confused here. Please help. Thank you. Vincent

Can Recruit track sites (latitude/longitude) where workers will be employed? Company identifies Civil Engineering projects (roads, bridges, etc) then hires workers for those sites. Email addresses other than zoho
My colleague Victoria is not able to see her @labour-centre.com email address in the emails module even though she has added it under the "email from another address" setting option. She can only see the @zoho.com option. However, I am able to see it. It doesn't make much sense to us. I've attached a screenshot.

Zoho Recruit tasks functionality--where is it exactly?
Hello. I understand (from https://www.zoho.com/recruit/helpnew/to-dos-interviews/tasks-events-calls/create-tasks.html) that Zoho Recruit has Tasks functionality. I have been unable to find this on my UI. The help page says, "They are listed in the Zoho Recruit's Home page of the user, ToDo's home page and in other related records." I don't see Tasks on the home page, and I'm not aware of a ToDos home page. Are others using it? How exactly do you go about accessing this functionality?
E-Mail confirmation sent to applicatn instead of recruiter
Hi, after an application comes in and is automatically associated to the corresponding job, a confirmation e-mail is sent out containing the resume uploaded. BUT it's sent to the applicant instead of the admin. When I check under “Candidate Association Alert” recipient settings seem to be correct, the mail should actually be sent to the admin/Joboffer owner (and not to the candidate as it is actually sent now). What is wrong here? And ideally, the mail sent out (to the admin) should includ a link
