概要 メモのバッジ機能について
既存の活動バッジに加えて、すべてのタブのデータ一覧表示画面に、各データごとに利用できる「メモのバッジ」(キャプチャ内の赤枠部分)が新たに導入されました。
これにより、一覧画面から任意のデータに紐づくメモへ即座にアクセスできるようになります。メモのバッジをクリックすると、画面右側からメモ画面がスライド表示され、そのデータに添付されたすべてのメモが一覧で表示されます。
1. メモの作成について
メモ欄が空のデータでは、データにカーソルを合わせるとメモのバッジが表示されます。バッジをクリックするとメモ画面が開き、新しいメモを追加できます。データにメモが追加されると、そのデータにはデフォルトでメモのバッジが表示されるようになります。
2. メモに関する様々な処理について
メモのバッジをクリックした後の画面では、データの詳細画面と同じように、メモの閲覧・追加・編集・削除・並べ替えが簡単に行えます。
また、Ziaの「メモの要約」機能を使って、メモの内容をまとめることもできます。Ziaのデータアシスタントアイコンからボットを起動し、入力項目付近のメニューを開くと「メモの要約」を選択できます。ここからメモの要約が可能です。
3. 最近追加したメモについて
メモのバッジにカーソルを合わせると、「最近追加したメモ」ポップアップが表示され、直近に追加されたメモを確認できます。
4. メモのバッジの非表示について
各タブの「表示する列を変更する」画面でチェックを外すことで、一覧画面から「メモのバッジ」列を非表示にできます。
※表示項目を管理する権限がある場合のみ

5. クライアントスクリプトの対応
クライアントスクリプト作成時に、ページで「一覧ページ(標準)」種類で「メモの処理」を選択すると、データ一覧画面から作成したメモに対してクライアントスクリプトを適用できるようになります。
