15 Bonus User with sign up to Standard or Premium Plans

Can someone please clarify following questions:

1) If I subscribe for Standard 10GB plan with only 1 user, will I get 15 Bonus Users?

2) Backup Mail Account Feature: Does it mean I can backup my domain mail from zoho to my personal Gmail account?
