2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for Accounts
We use additional verification for customers to be able to make changes to their account on the phone to protect the security of their account. We do this by sending an SMS with a random 6 digit code.
It would be great if Zoho CRM had this future built-in as a button or something similar you could just click to send the code via SMS or email and then CRM would prompt the user to enter the code that the customer gives them into a pop up and check if it is correct.
Also having the ability to set account passwords so that zoho prompts the user with a pop up box asking for the password before changes can be made to the account.
