On my install of Zoho Creator Help Desk, I have tried to set up another technician.  However, when the other technician attemps to log in the following error is rec'd:

 

You have logged in as "user."  You are not allowed to access this application.  Please click here to login as a different user.  Click here to go to your home page.

 

What can I do to fix this?
