Hello Community,
I'm a new Zoho One user and just set up MaerketingHub. I have three questions / problems.
- When I launch MarketingHub it still prompts me to clone my lists from Zoho Campaign even though I've already done this and deleted the original list (is was empty and not yet configured completely). How do I get rid of this message?
- I activated "Topics" für GDPR reasons and was able to set up one topic. When I try to create another one, it tells me that I have no lists that I could assign the topic to, even though I have two lists set up. What to do?
- When trying to access the "email campaigns" page under "Engagement" (I try to create a workflow where an email is sent every time I publish a blog post), it tells me "Internal error while adding your E-Mail address" (translated from German). I waited for an hour but the error still shows up. How to fix it?
