3 problems

Hi there,

1st problem:
Can't post to forums cuz it doesn't recognize my username, email address or password. Tried every combination I could think of...no problem logging into Zohowriter.

2nd problem:
Your FAQ says "...You can revert to any version by choosing one from the combo and clicking on "Revert" button.
Tried this with a document last week and while I could find the older version, selecting Revert didn't update the current version. I had to copy and paste the content into the current version. Any suggestions?

3rd Problem:
Tried sharing a document with a number of users. I've doublechecked and they are all set to have Read/Write access. One of the users showed me that when she clicked on the emailed link, the document opened up and she could read but not edit it. When she signed up for an account, she could not find the document. I couldn't see any way to send it to her and, when I checked the status from my account it did not recognize her as having signed up.
