This is a continuous unknow and area of extreme concern for our organization. It is very scary not really knowing for sure what some of our customers see when they log into our customer portal. 

We would like to be able to log in as a customer to see. Currently we need to either ask for their password (not a good method) or we need to create fake email addresses for them and manage all of the email addresses. This way we can change the passwords on our own.

Anyone else feel this is a risk not being able to test as different users? Also if they encounter an error there isnt really a way to know what their problem is.
