We would like to request the ability for Super Admins to configure Locale Information (Country/Region, Date Format, and Time Format) for users in Zoho Recruit.
Currently these settings are only configurable by each individual user. However, in order to ensure a consistent and clear workflow across our organization, it is important that all users operate with the same locale settings—especially when working across teams or shared records.
Use Case:
Align all users to a standardized date and time format to avoid confusion in interviews, assessments, and reporting.
Prevent errors caused by inconsistent formatting or misinterpretation.
Simplify onboarding by letting the admin preconfigure these settings for new users.
Suggested Functionality:
Allow Super Admins to set or update Locale Information for users from the Admin Panel.
Option to enforce organizational defaults or provide recommended defaults
This feature would significantly improve organizational efficiency and reduce the risk of formatting-related misunderstandings.
