We would like to request the addition of a feature that allows users to add a favicon displayed in the Zoho Desk Survey window. Currently, there is no option to set a favicon.
Customizing the favicon would allow businesses to provide a more consistent and branded experience to end users, especially when surveys are sent post-ticket resolution or for customer feedback. This small visual detail plays a role in reinforcing brand identity and professionalism.
Use Case:
Our organization sends out surveys regularly via Zoho Desk, and these are often accessed in browser tabs alongside our main website. The ability to display our company’s favicon would create a seamless experience and align better with our visual branding.
We would appreciate it if this feature could be considered for future updates.
