able to send out but not able to receive an email in my zoho account

able to send out but not able to receive an email in my zoho account

I have been trying to reach someone about this subject. I am able to send out emails from my paulina@nervydesign.com account but whenever I try to reach someone else from it it comes back as a mailer deamon account. Not sure what to do about it...Thank you!
