Access Denied

good afternoon!

When I try to access my Zoho Vault account, I get a message (image attached) that my access has been disabled by the administrator. It turns out that I am the administrator and I did not perform any type of action of the type, which is very strange.

I would appreciate your help in understanding if we were hacked or if it was another issue. I would also appreciate it if you could restore my access.
