'Add Email' of Zoho CRM Outlook Plug-in doesn't create lead of Sender when recipient exists

When we receive emails with requests from new leads they are sent either it info or salesrep. directly.

In order to create the new lead and add email we want use 'Add Email' button. But it always adds it only to the exiting contacts of our info and salesrep. (another Zoho CRM problem, as users should be contacts too, or be linked at least) and doesn't create the lead for the sender of the email.

That's not logic? Any hint for me how to add new leads or contacts directly form emails or text blocks in signatures?

PS: I use a contact text block capturer http://signusapp.wordpress.com/ (great, but seems a bit abandoned) which creates 'only' Outlook contacts and from there it could be synced to Zoho CRM... but I want leads.

PS: In some time the Zoho Card Scanner is able to capture by photo from screen.
