Add Email to Potential, from Gmail, BCC Dropbox or Zoho Mail

Hi,
Just signed up and finding a difficult time attaching emails to Potentials.

As a previous Salesforce user, would do this by using the BCC email and then adding a code in the email (code included the ID of the Opportunity/Potential to which the email would become associated).  I think it was called Email2Salesforce.

Can anyone document how to do this in Zoho CRM?

I note how to add an email from within the Potentials module, however, this is inconvenient.  Many of our sales staff prefer to reply to customers email from gmail or phone and add the BCC and code to update the Potential.
