Add Emails frunction from Outlook to Zoho duplicate contacts from different senders

Hi,

I have two different people Adding Emails to Zoho from MS Outlook. If each link an email, a new contact is created. Basically, we have the Added Emails now in two different locations.

I was guessing it had to do with the way I set up the profiles?
