Hi All, 

I saw a similar post from 6+ years ago with the same concern but that post has been locked without a helpful response.  The original post was for the Outlook plugin but the concern is still the same. 

We use Zoho CRM Addin for Microsoft Outlook.  It's extremely time consuming when there are multiple emails for one CRM record.   We can have up to 40+ messages a day on one record.  The new Zoho CRM Addin isn't as quick as the old Outlook plugin. 

Is there any way to add the capability to select multiple emails and add them at the same time?  Or if no, is this something that might be a consideration to add?
