Add Record to Form using another Stateless Form

I am trying to add a record to my form entitled Task, using a stateless form entitle Web Task.  I understand I need to use a deluge script.  I have found the script builder and the add record function, but I don't know what the next step is.  The fields that I want to populate from Web Task to Task are Task name, Property, Location, Suite, Type of Problem and Notes.  All of those fields are lookups to other their own forms, except Task Name and Notes.  I have found various examples and such, but can't adjust them in the right way to fit my circumstances.  Can anyone help?
