Add second Help Center [resolved]

Hi,

I need to create a second help center. My two help desks must be independent, each with a custom subdomain, and no common base for users. I don't want in center A they can send a ticker to center B, and vice versa.

The first one is functional, and it is even mapped with a subdomain of our server.

I created a new subdomain, the mapping is done, all that remains is to activate the SSL.

But when I go to Help Center, I can't add a new center. So, I go to Departments, my new Department, I activate its visibility, and there I have the option to add a new help center.

But when I choose the new department, I have an error that says no department is mapped.

Could you help me please?
