Hi Zoho gurus,

I have created a one question survey to get client feedback on a closed inquiry.  I have generated the HTML code for the survey, which includes the required fields to be passed to the form.

We have an CRM email template that is sent whenever an inquiry status is set to closed.

I *should* be able to insert the HTML code generated by the survey into this email template. However, I cannot locate a way to insert HTML code of any sort into a CRM email template.  Am I missing something here?  I've read the CRM email template documentation, and there is no mention of how to insert HTML.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
