Adding signature fields in your contract template

When you send a contract document for the signing process, you have to insert the signature fields into your contract document by dragging and dropping them for each signer. It won't be effort-intensive for contracts that have fewer pages or signers. But for lengthier contract documents or a contract with more signers, scrolling to the Ending Text part and inserting signature fields for each signer would be cumbersome. It would be more tedious if you want to insert the Initial field in each page.

To overcome this difficulty, you can insert the signature-related fields in the Ending Text of your contract template as Text Tags for a quick and hassle-free signing process. These Text Tags will automatically add the corresponding fields for each signer when you send the contract document for signature. 

Text Tags are supported for these fields: Signature, Company, Email, Text Fields, Job Title, Initial, Date, Checkbox, and Full Name. 

Note:
  1. If there are more signers added at the time of authoring the document or while initiating the signing process, you can add these Text Tags in your contract document while authoring it or by editing the ending text at the time of signing process. 
  2. To make the signature field as a mandatory field, add '*' symbol in signature text tag as {{Signature*}}.
