Adding user send to invitation list

Adding user send to invitation list

Hi, I would like to create contact@proiectdrafting.com but when I add the user, it always goes to invitation list. So how do I create that user with contact@proiectdrafting.com?

I already search the forum and find the catch all method, but it seems it doesn't work. I would very pleased if you can resolve my problem. Thank you.
