I am attempting to create a record view containing a table where the column widths vary.  I inserted a table into the view with 5 columns, which creates equally spaced columns spread across the width of the view.  I then edited the code for the column %'s.  The column widths adjust as expected in edit mode.  However, when you go to the record view in the application, the columns are still equally spaced.

I am experiencing the same issue width the border weights for the same table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
