I'm the new manager of the account CNA.org.pe and we have been using Zoho for a while. I want to rename an account and to create another new one but I can't do it because we don't know which account was associated for the Admin Control Panel nor the password. Sadly, there was hired person who did this in the past but we don't have the information nor a relationship with this person by now anymore.  I can provide you with the accounts we are using now at this domain.
