Advanced Ticket Filters for Desk Issues

The extension has lost its advanced filter fields during the day. I was using it all day long and then suddenly the filter fields have disappeared. Right now it only shows the Phone, Product, Subject, Email, Contact, Account, Tags filters.

Refreshing the page, checking it on another agent's PC/browser, checking its settings on the "Installed Extensions" page did not change anything.
