I have sent two people, one in house and one external a spreadsheet, I pushed the share button and then added a message to both, add a message button, all good to this point... so I then wanted to view/retrieve the text/message that I sent sent to both so I could pass a copy to someone externally without using Docs.

I have asked technical and they pointed me to collaborators and comments which have nothing? this was an email from what I can see but I can not find in my sent items and this is the case for all shares that I do daily?

Also called the UK help line - that was a complete waste of my time, may as well not bother if it doesn't get answered!!!! tried the number 4 times for a total of 1 hour of my life I wont get back!!!!
