Agent auto logout - Session Idle Timeout
Is there any way of automatically logging out an Agent via a session idle timeout?
Either that or changing the Agent Status to Offline after a pre determined session idle time?
The agent availabiltiy is skewing my report metrics as Agents forget to logout and so they are recorded as being avaible for days and days straight but they arent actually doing anything.
