Alias Set To Mailbox Address, Not Receiving Email to or Able to Send email from Super Admin address

My super admin email is set, but the email for super admin profile does not show in my zoho mail box for that account. It has one of my aliases set as the "Mailbox Address" in control panel so I can't delete it. When I go to the mailbox, the alias is listed as primary and I cannot change it there. 

I also am not receiving emails or able to send emails from the super admin address.

What is the solution?
