All notifications disappear if I swipe one (Android)

When I have several email notifications (on Android 12), if I expand the drop-down list, then swipe one away, the rest disappear too. This only happens with Zoho, no other apps. With other apps, I swipe one notification (from the drop down list), and the rest stay there (as they should).

And yes, I'm only swiping one email from the list - not the full notification. The rest of them stay for a second, then they all drift away with a swiping animation.

This is really annoying, and I can't find a setting to disable this. I've looked in Zoho and Android settings. Again, it's just the Zoho app, no other Android apps.
