All the custom fields in the contacts module of my CRM have disappeared. I am a paid client, have not downgraded and have not missed a payment. I can see the fields when I add a new client so they still exist, I just can't see them when I pull up a client record.
I own a yoga studio and this is how I manage client visits, memberships, packages and how I find the information to contact them. I am unable to run my business efficiently right now. THIS IS AN EMERGENCY.
I sent an email to the escalation department on Friday night as customer service was not open. I called this morning and had to leave a message. I then opened a ticket. I have not heard back from anyone. This is not acceptable. As I mentioned, this is an emergency and I need this resolved today...asap.
Lack of response in an emergency for 3 days is unacceptable! I have cc'd the CEO.
