I cannot find how to allow a Public user to upload a file to a "Public On the Web with a Password" folder.

We were expecting to allow our clients to have the ability to upload their application to Zoho Docs.  Then we'd close the Public access to the folder once they have uploaded the document.

Is this something that Zoho Docs can do?
