Allow user to change default "Send Mail" and offer option of Pop-up for either or Assignee or Assigned person

Allow user to change default "Send Mail" and offer option of Pop-up for either or Assignee or Assigned person

  1. It would be great to allow user to set default to not "Send Mail" on all tasks created, so user does not have to de-select the "Send Mail" option.
  2. also it would be great to offer the option to let user use a, or set as default for all new added tasks, a popup to all "Assigned To" users, instead or as an option
  3. it would also be great to allow the use of tags used by the, Personal or Group, the tasks is being created for.  this way the creator of task, can automatically assign the needed tags, while creating the tasks.
