I have recently installed Zoho creator helpdesk in my Google apps cloud and I'm still running trial mode. The only issue I encountered has to do with the addition of requesters (customer details). I have added multiple technicians, but they have not been able to add any new requesters thus far. By default, this feature is placed under the 'ADMIN' tab.

Is there anyway to delegate some of the 'ADMIN' tab functionalities to my users (technicians)? I have tried the search in this forum but no suitable solution can be found.
