Android Data loss issue prevailing on Version 5.2.5

Some of our users have been facing data loss on our Android app after updating the app to the latest version (precisely with the update we released in May 2019).

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also would like to inform that the issue's impact is only for users who have updated the app from pre 4.x directly to 5.2.x. We have identified the cause and have fixed the issue with app version 5.2.7 that is released on 6th July 2019. Please upgrade your app to the latest version and let us know your feedback.
