Another ZOHO Creator platform change ... catastrophic to a second client !!!
I have now been told by a second client that the ZOHO Creator platform change has resulted in him not being able to conduct any business ... his application has numerous forms with dynamically populated Radio Button fields ... none of them respond to user selections !!!
This is in addition to the first client ... whose customers were being (incorrectly) told that there was no inventory for them to rent (his equipment) ... had to make an emergency change to force feed a "inventory available" response in all cases for now.
This change needs to be fixed immediately ... as both clients are incurring actual loss of business !!!
And we need ZOHO Creator Management to keep us fully appraised of what is being done to fix this issue ... the severity of the problem demands that it not be left to the underlings.
