Answer Bot option not visible

Hi there Zoho!

In the last few months we have been filling several departments with a lot of articles. We had hoped to redirect our customers that contact us by chat automatically through a Bot. 

To test if this would be a solution, we wanted to activate this. Unfortunately when we take the steps in the manual, we don't have that option. We have 'Sentiment Analyses', 'Ticket Auto Tags', 'Ticket Reply Assistant' and 'Zia Notifications' as options. The 'Answer Bot' in the manual is not visible.

Does this need to be activated somewhere else (or by you)? Or could this be because there is a bot activated in the linked SalesIQ for a welcome message?
