I've been researching this for a few days now and still have a question: is there a single plugin that integrates both calling and SMS?

I see dedicated SMS extensions with no calling and I see lots of VoIP services which people use for calling via Zoho CRM. Many of the latter offer SMS outside of CRM integration (regular web or apps). However, I tried contacting some of them and learned that they don't support texting the same way as calling (like click-to-text and logging inside CRM).

Many of my clients text me on occasion and I'd love to catch those messages properly. Who else pursued this goal and found a plugin? Or another approach?
